BRIMEN

BRIMEN (BRI Document Management System) is a web-based application designed to manage documents across all units of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI). It facilitates the storage of both soft and hard copies of documents, streamlining the process of organizing physical storage details such as building addresses, rooms, and even specific rows in cupboards. BRIMEN also includes a comprehensive content management system (CMS) with role-based approval workflows, such as checker, maker, and signer, ensuring efficient and secure document handling. To enhance security, BRIMEN employs encryption to protect stored documents. As part of BRI's digital transformation initiative, BRIMEN promotes a paperless environment by digitizing documents and optimizing document management processes.
